Daniel Roach, P.E.
Principle in Charge
Mr. Roach has been providing electrical design services for a wide variety of projects since 1983. These projects included lighting, power, transient voltage surge suppression systems, telecommunication, computer networking, communications systems, and alarm systems. He also has extensive experience in underground and overhead power and telecommunications distribution. Recently, he has been involved in numerous LEED certified projects as part of the design team and as the commissioning agent. Mr. Roach has been working at Roach Consulting Engineers, P.C. since incorporation in 1998.
Jennifer Howard
Electrical Engineer
Ms. Howard has been providing electrical design services for a variety of projects since 2004. While working on these projects, she has learned aspects of electrical design including lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm systems. She also has experience in site lighting as well as athletic field lighting. Ms. Howard has completed designs for numerous types of commercial buildings including schools, houses of worship, condominiums, tenant up fits, theaters and offices. She has also designed many site lighting layouts and has extensive experience performing lighting calculations.
Burnley Miller
Mechanical Designer
Mr. Miller has been providing mechanical design services for a variety of different projects since 1963. These projects have included all aspects of mechanical design systems including hot and chilled water central plants, primary/secondary pumping and primary variable flow water systems, custom modular and packaged air handling units, constant volume and variable volume air distribution systems, 100% outside air systems with energy recovery and pressure dependant critical environment designs. Mr. Miller has ample experience in dealing with commercial as well as federal, state and local government clients. He has completed traditional designs as well as design-build projects for many different types of buildings including medical facilities, universities, schools, office buildings, houses of worship, condominiums, dormitories, and retail facilities.
John Cachero
Plumbing Designer
Mr. Cachero has been providing plumbing design services for a variety of different projects for several years. These projects have included all aspects of plumbing design systems including: hot water, cold water, sanitary, storm, compressed air, natural gas, fuel oil, fire protection, and medical gases. Mr. Cachero has additionally provided mechanical design services for several years.
